The aim of this programme is to develop non-clinical health support workers who are able to work in holistic perspectives to develop a practical level of competence in providing person-centred support to enhance the health and well-being of individuals, whanau/families, organisations and communities. This programme will also prepare students to undertake further study.
Learners enrolling are expected to hold either NCEA Level 1 or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience, IELTS Academic score of 5.0 or equivalent with no band less than 4.5 or equivalent
