The minimum requirement for entry into a diploma programme is a College or High School Certificate, equivalent to the Singapore-Cambridge GCE O Level Certificate. TOEFL: Internet Bsed: Minimum Score of 60 with no band less than 46, Computer Based: Minimum Score of 170 with no band less than 133.
