This dual degree challenges you to understand Australian and international legal systems, the social impact of crime and society s response to criminal behaviour. You ll study a comprehensive Law degree with a range of opportunities to gain practical experience in criminal law. You can undertake an internship at a local court or work on a real case at the Law School s in-house legal centre. In Criminology you will study contemporary social problems like drug addiction, juvenile justice, offending and victimisation. Career opportunities exist with criminal justice agencies such as the Attorney-General s Department, Police, Prisons, Customs, ASIO, Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts, Australian Bureau of Statistics, and practising as a criminal barrister.

IELTS of 7.0 overall (min. 7.0 in writing, 6.5 in other subtests), TOEFL ibT 96 overall (min. 27 in writing, 23 in reading, listening and speaking), PTE of 65 overall (min. 58 in each subtest), Successful completion with a minimum overall grade of B and a minimum grade of B- in the writing component, CAE 185 overall (min.176 in each subtest), CPE 185 overall (min.180 in each subtest), Grade C+ or 70% in English, ATAR of 94.7, IB of 37, ACT of 28, SAT of 1350
