Digital Culture is a rapidly developing field that is characterised by methodological pluralism. Methods used include algorithmic methods used in coding, historical methods, textual analysis and interpretative methods, statistical methods and qualitative data.
Should have Bachelor s degree with specialization in Digital Culture (formerly humanistic informatics). A BA in Digital Culture is the general qualification for application to the MA program. The specialization should correspond to at least three semesters of full-time studies, 90 ECTS credits., IELTS minimum suggested score of 7.
A Master s degree in Digital Culture is a qualification for continued research, for instance in a PhD, and for teaching. Students who have taken the degree are currently employed in diverse fields such as technology journalism, web design, teaching, administration and development of corporate information systems, innovation in the mobile services industry, art, culture and programming.
