The purpose of the MS in Curriculum and Instruction program is to prepare educators for positions of leadership in Curriculum and Instruction, an area of increasing importance due to educational reform. Moreover Students study, learn and analysis two kinds of leadership functions. The first leadership function is the emphasis is on instructional coaching and mentoring. Finally the second leadership function is the emphasis on theory, practice and research related to curriculum, instruction, leadership and development.
