The Doctor of Education (EdD) is a professional doctoral degree intended for experienced professionals who are leaders, or aspire to be leaders, in education-related institutions and services. It aims to develop participants' capacity for inquiry and evidence-led decision-making and their ability to translate research findings into usable knowledge. It is also designed to enhance the capacity of educational practitioners to model and transmit best professional practices to others.

Student must hold a Bachelor of Arts degree of the University of Hong Kong or a qualification of equivalent standard,Transcripts from all the previously attended institutes,2 Referee Reports,A Written Statement of Interest (500 words maximum),CV/Resume,English Proficiency Test Record (IELTS and TOEFL test scores with a minimum of 6 in IELTS and 80 in iBT)
