2. Original transfer certificate (must be attested and stamped)

3. Recommendation form

4. Three passport-size photographs (white background)

5. Copy of Emirates ID card (both sides)

6. Copy of passport with a valid UAE residence visa (visa is mandatory for non-UAE nationals)

7. Attested copy of the birth certificate

8. Vaccination record

9. Insurance card

10. Family book (for UAE nationals)

11. Utility Bill (preferably electricity bill for residential address)

PARENTS-RELATED DOCUMENT

1. Copies of Emirates ID card of both parents (both sides)

2. Copies of passports of both parents with valid UAE residence visas (visa is mandatory for non-UAE nationals)
