The GEMS Winchester School, Jabel Ali was established in September, 2003 and is conveniently located in Jebel Ali. In Dubai, this school is a British School and is considered to one of the top British Schools. Academic wise, the students of the school have performed excellent results and have made the school proud i.e. from the year 2016 - 2018, the primary and secondary students have done great and from the year 2016 - 2022 i.e. up till now, continuously the students topped in A level, AS level and IGCSE examinations. The school was delighted to congratulate the students on their academic achievements in the June 2017 Cambridge examination series. The exceptional performance of learners around the world, is what the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards recognizes. The talent and hard work of the learners, the awards reflect and the dedication and commitment of both teachers and parents, it acknowledges etc.

The students of the school have performed excellence in the field of sports and have won many medals i.e. in the 25TH GEMS OUR OWN DUBAI INTER-SCHOOL ATHLETIC MEET, 2017 -2018, from the Girls Athletic team with great achievements that made the school proud and won the Gold Medal, Silver Medal and Bronze Medal, and in the swimming competition which was held at DPS Dubai organized by SAMA Sports, in that Ashpreet Rekhi (Year 7I) achieved Gold medal etc.
