Conduct meetings with prospective clients to provide information about admission procedures and courses offered, conveying the benefits of enrolling.
School marketing - conducting presentations, fairs, seminars, diagnostic tests in the schools/center and generating leads.
Receiving payments, and Follow up for outstanding Payments, Conducting Diagnostic Tests, Correcting papers and sending Emails to Students & Teachers.
Maintain Registration Forms, and other Documents according to KHDA / MOE Guidelines and also maintaining the Databases of all the School fairs, events, MBA Tours in the form of Hard and Soft Copy.
Generate walk-ins from telephonic lead, leads from other sources and referrals.
Proactively up-sell and cross-sell relevant products. Work on partner or Institutional tie-ups across UAE.
Supervises the activities of the center, such as scheduling meetings, planning events /classes.
Write communication to students, welcome letters preparing periodic reports, financial statements, and records on center projects, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
Consult interested parents and students about the Institute program specifics and provide guidance throughout the application process from the first point of contact until the enrollment.
Acts as Parents Relationship Manager.
Manage parent relationships, being contacted for any queries, and follow-ups on an ongoing basis.
Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process.
