Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines
All international students seeking for English-taught graduate education are empowered to apply.
You must already bear a Bachelor’s degree or attain one before the program start date.
If English is not your native language, IELTS or TOEFL exams are necessary to determine your proficiency.
For full program requirements, please refer to individual program pages. Deadlines: You should apply for the scholarship by 28th February.

All application process is online.
To apply for a scholarship, a student needs to register by providing an application for a login and password.
In your Personal Account, you can choose programs of interest and apply for them. The complete process takes place online, it is not necessary to send anything by mail.
Please be assured to read the minimum portfolio requirements for each program. Not to forget that individual interviews may be conducted for those entering the Master's program.
The program will individually contact only those candidates who meet the minimum requirements based on a portfolio review. When submitting an application for participation in the selection, correctly specify the contact details and the Skype name! You can check if the interview is appointed in your Personal Account.
Value
The HSE University provides tuition-waver grants and grants which partially cover the tuition (25%, 50%, and 75%) for its international students.
