The Donald W. Helble Scholarship in Animal Science is awarded to sophomore, junior or senior students enrolled in the Department of Animal Science at Iowa State University.
Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines:
To be eligible, an applicant:
- Should be a sophomore, junior or senior students enrolled in the Department of Animal Science at the university
- Should maintain minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
NOTE: Students reside in either Scott or Clinton County are given first preference and members of Iowa State University’s Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity are given second preference
How to Apply:
An applicant
- Must sign in to the scholarship portal at https://iastate.academicworks.com/users/sign_in to complete a general scholarship application at Iowa State University.
Once these applications and results are submitted, the received application will be auto-matched to the qualifying scholarships. Qualifying is an intermediate step between scholarship application submission by the applicant and selecting scholarship finalists by the University.
