Irma Whitfield and Lura Mae Johnson Scholarship

The Irma Whitfield and Lura Mae Johnson Scholarships is awarded to sophomore, junior or senior students majoring in kinesiology and health and enrolled in the Department of Kinesiology at Iowa State University.

Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines:
To be eligible, an applicant:
- Should be a sophomore, junior or senior students majoring in kinesiology and health and enrolled in the Department of Kinesiology at the university.
- Should be a female 
- Should demonstrate financial need 

How to Apply:
An applicant 
- Must sign in to the scholarship portal at https://iastate.academicworks.com/users/sign_in to complete a general scholarship application at Iowa State University.

Once these applications and results are submitted, the received application will be auto-matched to the qualifying scholarships. Qualifying is an intermediate step between scholarship application submission by the applicant and selecting scholarship finalists by the University.
