James T Irwin Memorial Beginning Farmer Scholarship

The James T. Irwin Memorial Beginning Farmer Scholarship is awarded to full time junior or senior students enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Iowa State University.

Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines:
To be eligible, an applicant:
- Should be a full time junior or senior students enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at the university
- Should have an interest in returning to the farm after graduation

How to Apply:
An applicant 
- Must sign in to the scholarship portal at https://iastate.academicworks.com/users/sign_in to complete a general scholarship application at Iowa State University.

Once these applications and results are submitted, the received application will be auto-matched to the qualifying scholarships. Qualifying is an intermediate step between scholarship application submission by the applicant and selecting scholarship finalists by the University.
