Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines
Applicants must be currently and actively involved in a competing FRC®, FTC®, VEX®, or OCCRA team.
Complete the online scholarship application found at ketteringuniversity.force.com. This will include an online submission, an essay, and two letters of recommendation.
High school seniors: to be eligible, apply for admission to Kettering University and be accepted by March 1. Also, submit your online scholarship application by March 1 (opens November 1).
College transfer students: to be eligible, apply for admission and be accepted to Kettering University. Transfer students must be active team mentors or current Collegiate VEX® participants.
Value
Kettering University awards up to 50 scholarships each year, with a five-year value of up to $25,000. Kettering is proud to have awarded almost five million dollars in robotics scholarships since 1999.
