The Professor Andrew Taggart Scholarship is awarded to the full time undergraduate students pursuing Business and Law, Creative Arts and Communication, Engineering, Health, Science, Social and Cultural Studies, Teaching, and Technology at Murdoch University.
Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines
To be eligible, an applicant:
- Should be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander
- Should be a school leaver with a minimum ATAR of 75
- Should be enrolled or intending to enroll in full-time undergraduate study
- Should demonstrate financial and/or personal hardship
- Should have exceptional reasons for studying part-time or external
- Should be residing in any of the following regions: City of Rockingham; City of Kwinana; City of Mandurah; City of Armadale; City of Serpentine Jarrahdale; City of Cockburn
- Should be the first in family to attend university.
- Should demonstrate community or school leadership
- Should demonstrate passion for a course
