Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships for Foreign Students

The Swiss Confederation provides Government Excellence Scholarships every year to improve international exchange and research cooperation between Switzerland and more than 180 other countries.

The scholarship is available to those who are post-graduate researchers in any discipline (who hold a master’s degree as a minimum) who are looking to move to Switzerland to follow research or further studies at the doctoral or post-doctoral level.

The diplomatic representation will provide one with all the needed information regarding the procedure including application forms and a list of required documentation.
