International Flagship Scholarship

The International Flagship Scholarship is awarded to the International first-year and transfer undergraduate students pursuing any studies at the University of Maine.

Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines
To be eligible, an applicant:
- Should be an International first-year and transfer undergraduate student pursuing any studies at the university.
- Should hold a non-immigrant student visa F-1 or J-1

Note: Students receiving the Canadian resident tuition rate and sponsored students are not eligible for this award. 

How to Apply:
No separate application is required. Students are automatically considered for the scholarship when their application for admission is reviewed.
SAT and ACT Scores are not necessary for this award

Value
Scholarship values up to $10,000

Validity
Scholarship is not renewable. Students must maintain full-time enrollment and a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.00 in order for the scholarship to be renewed.
