The Hannah Laurie Toten Memorial Scholarship is awarded to the freshmen undergraduate students pursuing any major at University of North Texas. The scholarship is awarded by Student Financial Aid & Scholarships.
Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines:
To be eligible, an applicant:
- Should be a freshmen undergraduate students pursuing any major at the university.
- Should have Top 25% High School Rank
- Should have SAT Score of 1100 and ACT Score of 24
Note: Should be a member in good standing of the Weatherford High School Bluebelles dance/drill team in Weatherford, TX
How to Apply:
An applicant:
Should submit the results of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Students must sign in with their assigned EUID and password at https://unt.academicworks.com/users/sign_in to complete a general scholarship application on University of North Texas.
Documents Required:
Should write an essay of approximately 500 words describing the importance of a higher education degree and how combining that education with other attributes will make a positive contribution to the community and the world.

Scholarship grant is decided after the review of each application.
