The RCOB or MGMT Westurn Family Scholarship in OBHR is awarded to the junior or senior undergraduate students pursuing Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management at University of North Texas.The Scholarship is awarded by Management department.

Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines:
To be eligible, an applicant:
- Should be a junior or senior undergraduate students pursuing Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management at the university.
- Should have minimum GPA of 3.25
- Should demonstrate financial need
