John O Brien Memorial Coursework Scholarships

The John O’Brien Memorial Coursework Scholarship is awarded to the students pursuing criminal law and criminology at the University of Sydney Law School at University of Sydney.

Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines:
To be eligible, an applicant:
- Should be pursuing the master of criminal law and criminology at the University of Sydney Law School 
- Should have achieved a WAM of 70 or equivalent in previous tertiary studies.

Note: Students who have already begun their studies in Master of Criminology, or students transferring from other postgraduate programs are not eligible to apply.

How to Apply:
An applicant must sign in to the scholarship portal https://sydneyuniversity.formstack.com/forms/law_pg_johnobrien_schol   to complete a scholarship application at the University of Sydney.

Value
Scholarship awards up to $10,000 per annum for full time students and $5,000 for part time students.

The scholarship is paid in two equal installments per year after the census date for each semester.
