Program Overview

This accelerated master s degree program (AMP) is designed to offer select UVM undergraduates from multiple disciplines the opportunity to obtain their bachelor s degree while beginning their Master s degree in Counseling during their senior year. The mission of the Counseling Program at the University of Vermont is to prepare students to work as counseling professionals in culturally and socially diverse school, mental health, and community settings and to act as facilitators of personal and social change.
