The Professional Cook program follows ITA prescribed course curriculum for institutional entry to Professional Cook 1. Learners will perform all phases of kitchen activities including the preparation and presentation of vegetables, soups, sauces, meat, fish and poultry cold kitchen items desserts, baking, pastry basic menu planningcosting as well as knowledge of safety, sanitation and food storage.
Eligibility as indicated by the ITA, Submit the completed application form, transcripts of secondary and postsecondary education, and any other required information specified in the program's Admission Prerequisites, submit it with copies of transcripts, English language test results, and a copy of the photo page of your passport
