Program Overview

Photography and Camera Operation Program, in the light of scientific methods, aims to train qualified and well trained personnel, who has developed ethical values regarding his/her field of services and has grasp of new technologies and the latest developments about photography and camera operation. For the purpose of helping students gain necessary technical and practical skills, syllabus covers a wide range of courses such as history of photography, digital image processing, direction of photography, visual culture etc. Throughout the training, students will have the opportunity to benefit from broadcast studios in Kanal B, as well as the school's photo studio and darkroom.

Additional Information & Requirements

Successfully Complete the designated program of courses meet a Minimum of 120 ECTS credits requirement and have a Minimum GPA of 2.00/4.00. Those who are below that level (25 %) will lose their scholarship, Official high school transcripts, 2 Letters of recommendation, Statement of purpose, Copy of valid Passport, Registration Letter, Health Certificate, Foreign Nationals Exam that is given by Ba kent University and the ones accepted by Ba kent, GCE General Certificate Education, Cambridge International A Level, SAT CR+CW+M: minimum score of 1000 out of 1600 writing included, International Baccalaureate:At least 24 diploma score out of 45, International science olympaids: Having a gold, silver or bronze medal from the International Science Olympiads recognized by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, West African examination council:Minimum 3 subjects in the related area of the applied program for 5 subjects with at least 25 points in total
