Official copies of high school and/or college academic transcripts, Cumulative high school or college grade point average of 3.0 or higher OR a satisfactory academic skills assessment score. Proof of English Proficiency ( TOEFL test requirements: 480 (paper-based test), 157(computer-based test), and 54 (Internet-based test). IELTS test requirement: 5.5.), Submission of test scores (Accuplacer 95 , ACT 21, TABE 12.5, COMPASS 88), Two semesters High School, or one semester in College of Algebra and Advanced Math, completed with a C or better. Two semesters High School, or one semester in College of Biology and Chemistry (with a lab component) completed with a grade of C or better.,All students must successfully complete a DHS approved Nursing Assistant course prior to program entry.
