Prepare for a major in Mathematics/Applied Math/Statistics by taking recommended courses to fulfill the requirements of a transfer degree.Mathematics is the study of structure, form and the relationship among numerical, geometric and logical constructs. Applied mathematics focuses on the application of math to other fields, such as physics and engineering.
