Program Overview

Psychology is the study of both physiological and environmental factors affecting human behavior. The discipline embraces all aspects of the human experience---from the functions of the brain to the actions of nations, from child development to care for the aged. A multifaceted discipline, psychologists can choose a vast array of specialty areas, such as human development, sports, health, clinical, social behavior and cognitive processes.The Associate in Arts - Direct Transfer Agreement (AA-DTA) is part of Shoreline's General Transfer program and is designed to meet the first two years of requirements of most four-year degrees.
