If you want to run your own restaurant or food and beverage establishment this is the course for you. As the manager of a dining establishment, you are responsible for ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service, hygiene and safety. You will manage the day-to-day activities of the restaurant while also being responsible for the strategic planning, marketing, and development of the business; all while striving toward creating a fantastic experience for your customers.
