Studying the Bachelor of Accounting at CQUniversity gives you the opportunity to pursue an area of interest with your choice of specialisation and prepares you to work in many different areas of accounting including pursuing a career as a financial planner.A key feature of this course is the financial planning major which is accredited by the Financial Planning Association of Australia FPA, meeting incoming regulatory requirements to practice as a financial planner.The course has a strong focus on problem-solving, enabling you to communicate effectively when you enter the workforce, a skill that is highly desired by employers.

Completion of a secondary qualification or tertiary diploma level qualification, or bachelor level qualification for a period of at least 2 years fulltime with a minimum overall GPA 4.0, English language proficiency test:IELTS Academic-at least 6.0 overall with a minimum 5.5 in each subset; or TOEFL-Requires 550 or better overall and minimum TWE score of 4.5 (pBT), or 75 or better overall and no score less than 17 (iBT); or PTE Academic - Requires an overall score of 54 with no sub-score less than 46; or An Occupational English Test with Grades A or B only in each of the four components; or CAE-Score of 180 or above; or CULT - 70% with no individual component score of less than 15.
