Program Overview

Bond University’s accelerated Bachelor of Commerce program allows international students to complete a fully accredited business degree in just two years via a three-semester-per-year structure. The program is accredited by AACSB, EQUIS, CAANZ, and CPA Australia, making graduates eligible for a range of global and Australian professional pathways.

Students develop core business competencies through authentic assessments, extensive Bloomberg training, and a flexible curriculum that allows for major specialisation and a potential second major or minor.

Majors available: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance

Course overview:

  • Year 1: By studying one university core subject and three compulsory subjects every semester, you will finish your first eight subjects. Accounting Principles, Management Accounting, Economics Principles, Finance Fundamentals, and Responsible and Sustainable Organizations are among the required courses.

  • Year 2: Select your major and complete advanced and elective subjects; options include business internships or international exchanges.

Experiential Learning (Research, Projects, Internships etc.)

Internships:

  • Option to undertake a business internship for real-world industry experience.

FinTech Hub Access:

  • Use of 40 Bloomberg terminals — the largest number of any Australian university.

Bloomberg Certification:

  • Recognised certification in financial analytics and banking sector tools.
