Program Overview

Bond University’s Bachelor of Commerce (3 Year Program) is designed exclusively for international students who prefer a two-semester-per-year format. The program is fully accredited by top international and Australian professional bodies, including AACSB, EQUIS, Chartered Accountants ANZ, and CPA Australia, ensuring industry credibility and professional recognition. The curriculum combines rigorous academic study with hands-on, real-world assessments and global learning experiences. Students gain foundational business skills in Year 1, move into major-specific subjects in Years 2 and 3, and have opportunities to intern, study abroad, or complete a second major or minor.

Course overview:

  • Year 1: Complete your first eight subjects, by studying one University core subject and three required subjects each semester. Required subjects include Accounting Principles, Management Accounting, Principles of Economics, Fundamentals of Finance, and Responsible and Sustainable Organisations. 

  • Year 2: Begin major studies; complete third core subject; explore electives or a second major.

  • Year 3: Complete your chosen major and electives, and consider doing an internship or an exchange abroad.

Business Internship:

  • Available as an elective for real-world industry exposure and networking.

International Exposure:

  • Options include study tours, study abroad, or global internships.

Mentoring:

  • First-semester access to Bond’s Business Mentoring Program for academic and career guidance.
