Course overview:

  • Year 1: Accounting for Decision Making, Fundamentals of Finance, Management, Sports Organisation, Economic Principles

  • Year 2: Business Analytics, Marketing Fundamentals, High Performance Sport Environments, Sport Leadership and Governance, along with an elective unit or WIL or Study Abroad

  • Year 3: Sport and the Law, Sport Industry Experience, along with electives

  • Mandatory Module: Academic Integrity and Respect at Deakin (DAI001 – 0 credit points)

Experiential Learning (Research, Projects, Internships etc.)

Industry Placement:

  • Minimum 100 hours in a host sport organisation (compulsory)

Work Integrated Learning (WIL):

  • Additional WIL elective options available
