The English and Writing major at UON allows you to explore both literary studies and practice-based creative writing so that you can combine or focus your studies based on your interests and develop your strengths and skills according to your preferences. You may develop in-depth knowledge of literature in English and its transformation across time and/or practical understanding of the craft of creative writing. Whatever your focus, you will have the opportunity to develop strong writing skills.
