This major develops discipline specific knowledge and skills about factors affecting human health from a variety of perspectives including biology and psychology, with a focus on the areas that provide a discipline background for postgraduate study in Physiotherapy. It includes studies in psychology, human anatomy and physiology, neuroscience, research methods and human movement. Successful graduates can apply for entry to the Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University or to similar courses. This is based on competitive entry.
