Evidence-based clinical nutrition is underpinned by the holistic understanding of nutritional principles, food as medicine traditions, therapeutics and nutritional biochemistry. Clinical Nutrition Practitioners understand and address the nutritional, dietary and lifestyle factors which impact wellbeing throughout the lifespan, during illness and disease.
