Additional Information & Requirements

Academic Requirement: Completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent qualification
All students enrolled in this Course must be registered as a student with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) prior to the commencement of their studies.
Students are required to successfully complete 800 hours of clinical practice hours as part this Course.
Students are required to complete clinical practice orientation, risk management training, and obtain various screening, vaccinations and clearances as appropriate on commencement of the course and in subsequent semesters.
IELTS: Overall 7.0 with minimum 7.0 in listening, reading, speaking and 6.5 in writing • TOEFL: Overall 94 with minimum section scores (L24, R24, W27, S23)
Occupational English Test (OET): minimum score of B in each of the three components of listening, reading, and speaking, and a minimum score of C+ in the writing component. Test results must be from one test sitting or two test sittings in a 12-month period. When using two test sittings, no score in any component of the test(s) for either test sitting can be below C+.
Pearson English Test (PTE) Academic: minimum overall score of 66 and a minimum score of 66 in each of the three communicative skills of listening, reading, and speaking, and a minimum score of 56 in the communicative skill of writing. Test results must be from one test sitting or two test sittings in a 12-month period. When using two test sittings, no score in any component of the test(s) for either test sitting can be below 56 and a minimum overall score of 66 must be achieved in each sitting.
IB Diploma: Minimum of 20 points from 6 subjects
For international students, requirements include your secondary school results.
