Public Health is the study and application of preventing disease and promoting health at the individual, community and population levels. This course involves completing an industry placement as well as a global learning experience with a Laureate partner institution. If you're interested in learning how you can prevent illness and develop programs and practices that promote better health in your community then this is the right course for you. You'll learn about health at a population level: health promotion campaigns and advocacy, health policy, health monitoring and screening, and planning, implementation and evaluation of health programs.
Australian Year 12 or equivalent; and Academic IELTS 6.0 (no band less than 5.5) or equivalent, TOEFL ibT of 60 (with min 18 in writing), Cambridge English Scale Score (from 2015) 169 (with no sub-score <162), PTE 50 (with no sub-score <42)
