Physiotherapy literally means 'healing through exercise'. The evaluation, therapy (healing) and rehabilitation (re-education) of movement errors and deficiencies are central to the training. Basic scientific courses such as cell biology, physics, chemistry and anatomy lay the foundation for an in-depth scientific insight into the more applied and practice-oriented courses.
