This program aims to provide the student with a historical, theoretical and methodological basis that will enable him to develop an analytical and critical discourse to capture the many dimensions proposed by the visual arts and architecture of different periods. It provides students with complementary practical elements that will prepare them to act in a given cultural environment. The student will discover methodologies and theoretical approaches that can support the interdisciplinary elaboration of a discourse on art.
Hold an appropriate diploma obtained outside Qu bec after at least thirteen (1) years of schooling or the equivalent, Quality of the academic record.All candidates must have a proficiency in French attested by one or more of the following tests: the Uniform Test of French required for obtaining the DEC, the written French test of the Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sport or the written French test of UQAM
