The BCom program at UVic is a uniquely structured business degree delivered through a 2+2 model. Students complete pre-core requirements in Years 1 and 2 before entering the core business program in Years 3 and 4. The program features a cohort-based model, international exchange, three mandatory paid co-op terms, and flexible specializations that prepare students for leadership in a global marketplace.
