Finance is a broad area of study, and our program provides you with a solid foundation for a variety of business careers, including banking, investments and portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, international finance, securities trading, and financial markets. The Alberta School of Business is one of a select group of global institutions with a verified curriculum containing 70% of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 curriculum, meaning our program is closely tied to professional practice and is well suited to preparing you for the CFA exams.

Spoken English Proficiency: TOEFL: 26 OR IELTS (Academic); 7.5 OR SPEAK Test: 50 OR Six full-time years of education in English in Canada or the equivalent in another country where English is the principal language (excluding ESL): If secondary education is the highest level completed or if combination of secondary and post-secondary education is used; Alberta Grade 12 (or equivalent).
