The Bachelor of Commerce in Strategic Management and Organization equips students with the leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills necessary for roles in management, consulting, and organizational strategy. This people-focused major blends theory with practice, helping students understand how individuals and groups function within organizations and how to lead them effectively.
