Program Overview

This training will make you particularly able, depending on the courses chosen, to:participate in the diagnosis of the condition of a building with a view to designing a maintenance program;evelop building inspection protocols;apply the standards and regulations of the Building Code;design an optimal equipment replacement plan;implement procedures to ensure safety, and to assess and control the risks related to equipment and processes in buildings;use efficient and adaptable tools for the management of work and material resources;analyze the profitability of projects;understand the standards and activities related to the implementation of quality management systems.This program is based on the skills framework established by the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
