Program Overview

Civil engineers design the infrastructure on which their communities depend, such as buildings and their foundations, bridges, canals, dams, transportation facilities, municipal sewer and water networks, and wastewater and solid waste treatment systems. To follow this option, students must complete the courses required for the BASc in Civil Engineering, with the exception of the fourth-year courses which are replaced by the following courses.
