The knowledge and skills you acquire will make you able to use the different approaches in the field, such as value-added production (PVA or lean manufacturing ), as well as methods and techniques aimed at eliminating waste and reducing cycle time. and to increase the level of production performance.The 15 credits of this short program will be recognized as a block if you continue your training for the Certificate in Industrial Production. You could also obtain this certificate by passing a second short program, the Short Program in Industrial Management.
