Through your coursework and formal study exchanges, you ll gain the understanding and skills to do business in this important and growing part of the global economy. Students in this major can choose to specialize in one of the following streams: French, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, Scandinavian (Danish/Norwegian/Swedish), Spanish, or Ukrainian.

Spoken English Proficiency: TOEFL: 26 OR IELTS (Academic); 7.5 OR SPEAK Test: 50 OR Six full-time years of education in English in Canada or the equivalent in another country where English is the principal language (excluding ESL): If secondary education is the highest level completed or if combination of secondary and post-secondary education is used; Alberta Grade 12 (or equivalent).
