Program Overview

The aim of the study is to develop and deepen the knowledge and skill acquired in the framework of Bachelor s degree study and to prepare a philologist with a broader basis of Slavonic studies. The students will focus on wider diachronous aspects of linguistic research and will concentrate upon a more complicated level of syntax and stylistics; in literary criticism, students will gain deeper insight into the methodology of literary scholarship and the awareness of a wider context of Slavonic literatures and the place of Ukrainian literature in it.

"An International Baccalaureate Diploma, including English HL or SL is required for admission TOEFL ibT of 100 + 22 on Writing section, IELTS of 6.5 with no band lower than 6.0, MELAB of 85, with no part score below 80, IB of 4 in Higher or Standard Level English A: Literature, A minimum final grade of B (""6"" in reformed qualifications) in GCSE/ IGCSE/GCE Ordinary Level English, English Language, or English as a Second Language, B grade in CAE/ C grade in CPE, ELDA/COPE of 86, 32 in Writing, and 22 in each of Reading and Listening, Academic Transript"
