In the Department of Modern Languages, we believe that languages are for everyone, and that in an increasingly global culture they are the key not only to getting around the world but also to preserving and appreciating the diversity of national cultures. With small class sizes, innovative instructors, and the latest in language-learning technology, we make language learning a lively and satisfying experience. At the beginners and intermediate levels, we teach you to communicate with native speakers, orally and in writing, and introduce you to the everyday life of the speakers of that language as well as to their music, films, and books.

An official transcript is a complete academic record of all individual courses taken, grades achieved, and any credential(s) earned at an educational institution, IELTS test with a minimum overall score of 6.0, and a minimum 6.0 in each band, PTE Academic score with a minimum overall score of 54, CAEL Assessment with a minimum overall score of 60, a minimum of 50 in each of Listening, Reading, and Speaking, and a minimum of 60 in Writing, 80 on the internet-based TOEFL (iBT), with minimum scores of 16 in each of Listening, Reading, and Speaking, and a minimum score of 18 in Writing.
