This professional program addresses the many facets of tourism - products and services, customers, development projects, events, etc. - from the point of view of management. The training allows to analyze the problems of the national and international tourism sector and to manage tourism service companies, including hotels and restaurants, aiming at objectives of quality, efficiency and productivity.
