The Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Sport and Tourism (BARST) degree explores the wide world of recreation and leisure, from tourism, to fitness programs, to arts, culture and heritage programs. The BARST degree also gives you the opportunity to specialize in an area of interest: Community Development, Sport and Recreation Management, or Tourism and Natural Environments. Spoken English Proficiency: TOEFL: 26 OR IELTS (Academic); 7.5 OR SPEAK Test: 50 OR Six full-time years of education in English in Canada or the equivalent in another country where English is the principal language (excluding ESL): If secondary education is the highest level completed or if combination of secondary and post-secondary education is used; Alberta Grade 12 (or equivalent).
