Hold an appropriate diploma obtained outside Qu bec after at least thirteen (2) years of schooling or the equivalent, All candidates must have a proficiency in French attested by one of the following tests: the Uniform Test of French required for obtaining the DEC, the written French test of the Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sport or the written French test of UQAM
